    I visited this branch this morning with my to small boys to ask about a new 3008 Peugeot suv for my wife.a male sales person approached me and ask if I needed any assistance he never introduced himself. I told him I would like a price for the black 3008 suv they had on the showroom floor in front of us as the car stood he told me he could not give me a price.as he didn't no it so i said i would like the price of this car as it stands.he then said i dont no it because i dont no what you want sir i thought iwas on the you been framed show he then said most people build a car on line then come inwhen they have built it then we give them a price. he was just presuming I could use a computer never offered to sit down with me i might have had a disability for all he new and could not use a computer he could have said if you have the time sir I can help you find and build what you are looking for would not that it would have made any difference because I would havestill built the one in front of us and he still would have said i cant give you a price sir how difficult is it to get a price when customer says I would like to purchase this car as it stands there on the show from floor. then I thought to my self it may be a camilion car that he can only see it keeps changing in front of his eyes in to a different model. Then I asked for a broacher and asked him why he was working there if he could not give me a price.he also told me he would do me a far better deal if i took finance out than if i was paying cash.not 100% sure on his first name think it was Christopher.He was about 6ft 4in tall very slender build a black beard. surname was francis .Sorry sir we don't do colour brochers any more but can get you a black and white one .then we approached his desk asked him again about the price reply I can't give you one he said there was another sales person a lady sat at a desk near his she was smirking thought this was very funny a small lady prob 5ft or smaller light short hair. she then followed him in to the back area were she continued to keep glancing at me telling everyone else in the back area of what was going on she kept smirking then he came out to give me a broacher here you are sir there is your broacher on the way out I got thanks you sir you have a nice day very loudly I took my boys away out side out of the way went back to speak to him about his very patronising matter and attitude.he got more patronising so I told him he was lucky some one haddent flattened him before now with this attitude towards a customer so he then decided to shout very loudly is that a threat you are threating me are you I then told him I only wanted to purchase a new car for my wife before I go because 5 days earlier I had been diagnosed with terminal cancer.i walked away another man came out he said he had heard the comotion asked what had gone on I explained he said he was the sales man was new and he would deal with it he may or may not. people please be careful because it comes across as if the price is made up as you go along it cheaper if you take there finance out and they get there back hander from the finance company than if you are a customer that's saved for years and you want to pay for it all i wanted to do was purchase a car my wife she had liked since they came out last year as a dealership in this very tough car industry you have just lost a lot of money as I was buying the 3008 suv and a 2008 for my daughter.

    We saw a car on their website last week, viewed it, bought it and picked it up today. Absolutely happy and delighted with the process from start to finish....Nathan who sold it to us. Rachel who has prepared the paperwork today and the final mention must go to Sophie today, who despite having a shadow colleague with her, was a delight to deal with. It made pickup today snagless and stressless. Thanks.
