  dealing with John Richardson this morning pleasure. All was explained clear and precise. Have dealt with Derby branch for the last 12 years. Must say they are second best in comparison to my experience with John.

  Returned a Captur with a brake error warning (third time this year!) and told that there was no record of an error! Couldn't find a fault so suggested that I "take pictures and keep a diary of frequency, road conditions etc whenever it happens" - feels very much like a Peter & the wolf story ... one day I'll ignore the warning and pile into another vehicle/person!! As for taking a photo of the dash - do they not know about the laws about using a phone/camera whilst driving! Their "Colleague of the moth" posters have not been updated in over six months - just another demonstration of their lack of attention to detail. Oh, and remember to check your dashcam is still connected - they have a habit of disconnecting and leaving disconnected after a service - even though they have no reason to touch the dashcam! Proper Mickey Mouse outfit - sadly they have all the Renault dealerships in the area ... so my next car won't be a Renault!
