  I purchased a Clarkes Jet9000 jetwasher which had been refurbished, checked and tested 20/10/2015, and used it twice. I attempted to use it again 19/10/2015 and it failed to start. After checking fuses and cables and power supply it still would not start. so I returned it to Mansfield Machine Mart where I purchased it from, to ask them to check it out. They did this and after nine days I was informed that the motor had failed, and it was uneconomical to repair,and was being returned to the store, and it would be cheaper to buy a new one. I consider that for a machine to fail after only being used twice and only for 2-3 hours it is not good enough, and that I should have been asked if I wanted a new motor fitting or not, but I was not. The after sales service is not good enough, and I would NOT recommend buying anything which is described as an ex demo machine, checked out fully and is like new. Very, very disappointed in this store and they have now lost my custom.

  Bought two items , got home realised that tools weren't needed. Took back to Shop unopened , but because there is nothing wrong with cant have the cash back .Only exchange or credit note .... Great policy...... Not Better places to shop online . Well done guys you were Awful
