  My insurance company took my car to the mansfield branch and it came back with several faults (2 doors that didnt close correctly, wing mirror hanging off, door rattled when driving, wind coming through the window and the window making noises when opening and closing. Contacted them and they wanted me to drive it to Mansfield, had to speak to Mark the asst manager to get it sorted and they agreed to collect it and drop the car off again. When it was dropped off both doors still didn't close and when I drive the car the wind still makes a noise through the window. Called them and they didnt want to know, had to report it to my Insurance company and they got an engineer to come out and inspect it, he found the same faults as me and now it has to go to the Lincoln branch as Mansfield are not capable of fixing it. To top it off they even told my insurance company it may have been caused by an incident 2/3 years ago, where one of my neighbours reversed into my back door, he was going less than 1 mile an hour, however Just Car Clinic told my insurance it could have been from that event (even though they told me there was not fault) what made me laugh is that they where the ones that fixed it several years ago, so you can say they didnt do a right in the first place if that was the case!! however this isn't the case as it is both my back door and front door that don't close, very poor customer services, didnt want to know just wanted the money from my insurance company, would not use again
