  I took my mum to buy a coat and I asked a staff member for help she tried explaining something to my mum but my mother didn't understand so the women got annoyed and really disrespected my mum by raising her voice and looked at my mother with a mean face and while this was going on another staff member was laughing at us she asked my mum how long she has been in this country I really felt like she done this cause we were different from her I felt so bad and angry cus my mother is a nice quiet women who is kind to all people my mother did not deserve this I will never shop there again the state are just bullies and need to be sacked
