  I had the dis-pleasure of being served at the customer service/cigarette kiosk at a local Tesco (Chesterfield Rd, Mansfield) last night by a staff member, Michele, who was possibly one of the worst employees that I have ever come across; for any company. Truly awful. I really cannot comprehend that someone at Tesco has concluded that she is suitable for a customer facing role?! I have always liked the Tesco brand, until they started rolling back the customer service too!
